  We went looking for a KOVIX trailer lock. Couldn't find on shelf. Staff inquired if they could be of assistance. Had the product at the sales desk; explained and demonstrated how the lock worked including the alarm. Thus to say, staff were very helpful and purchase made. We will go back for further purchases!

  Rang to see if they had stock as their website was playing up. Ian sent me a picture of the product I wanted and stored behind counter for me to collect.
  Excellent service. Super friendly and helpful.
  They need to work on their marketing and advertising as they were hard to find on the internet.

  So far I have not managed to buy much here. That is not the fault of the owners though. Ann (excuse the spelling if it’s wrong) is a fountain of knowledge. In cases where I have bought caravan parts the lady has given me great hints for assembly. Where they don’t stock something or can’t get stock she quickly finds somewhere to get it. Thankyou Ann and your rough looking character at the counter with you.
